1.1 The Website provides information and booking services for supported holidays tailored for adults with learning disabilities.
1.2 Our services include but are not limited to providing information about holiday destinations, accommodations, transportation, and support services during the holidays.
1.3 We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Website.
2.1 A non returnable deposit of 20% will secure your holiday booking . The remaining cost of the holiday will need to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your holiday date. A provisional booking can be made but the deposit will need to be paid with 14 days.
If a booking is made within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday the cost will need to be paid in full.
2.2 Prices listed on the Website are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, the price is guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
2.3 All forms that are sent to you must be filled in and returned within 14 days of receiving them. This will also be confirmation that you have read and agree with all the terms and conditions.
3.1 Sometimes the unexpected happens and you may need to cancel your booked holiday, This will be discussed on an individual basis regarding payment for the holiday or alternative dates.
If we need to cancel the holiday you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
4.1 You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
4.2 You agree not to use the Website to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
4.3 You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or the servers or networks connected to it.
5.1 All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of ighholidays.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from the Website without prior written consent from ighholidays.com.
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, ighholidays.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Website or the services provided by it.
6.2 We strongly suggest that all holiday guests take out a private holiday/travel insurance for the duration of their stay.
6.3 No responsibility will be taken by our staff for errors that occur with the deliverance of medication that is not clearly and correctly labeled.
6.4 No responsibility will be taken by the staff if the guest decides to hold their own money.
We except no responsibility for loss or damage of any valuables such as phones or cameras that are bought on holiday by our guests.
6.5 We request that the emergency medical treatment forms are completed.
Liability for accidents or emergencies will not be taken unless it is proven that it was due to the lack of adequate care by the staff members.
6.6 We will try to accommodate any specific or special diet that you have. However it is of the upmost importance that you inform us if you have any food allergies. It might also be helpful if you could inform us of your food likes and dislikes before the start of your holiday.
7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.1 ighholidays.com reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Website after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
